The learned Advocate General has placed on record a decision taken on 23 January 2018 wherein representation of the Petitioner has been decided by order dated 19 April 2017 of which contempt is alleged. This Court has directed the Respondent-Authorities to decide the representation of the Petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that it is stated in the communication dated 23 January 2018 that the petitioner's file has been forwarded to the Government for taking decision. The learned Advocate General assures that this decision will be taken expeditiously.
