1. This is an application for deletion of the name of deceased Respondent No.3 from the cause title. It is reported that Respondent No.3 passed away on 03.04.2023 and a copy of his death certificate has been annexed. It is further stated in the application that Respondent No.3 passed away in the status of a bachelor and has no legal representatives. Based on the statement made in the application, the same is allowed. An endorsement shall be made in the cause title recording the demise of Respondent No.3 against his name. The endorsement/amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

2. Application stands disposed of.
