After this matter was argued, learned counsel for the petitioner, based on instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application seeking discharge before the learned trial Court.

2. Accordingly, we grant leave with liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner files an application seeking discharge, the trial Court to decide such application in accord with law as early as possible.
