Mr. Vernekar states that Respondent No.4 has been served in the matter.

The learned Advocate General makes a statement that the sale deed dated 17.12.2007 will be registered by Respondent No.3 without insisting upon any clearances from the Reserve Bank of India in view of Section 4th May 2022

6 WP-149-2022.doc 10(4) of the Foreign Exchange Management (Acquisition and Transfer of Immovable Property in India) Regulations, 2018. The learned Advocate General states that this exercise will be completed within one month from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we are not required to go into the legal issue that is raised in this petition.

Mr. Vernekar submits that this petition can now be disposed of based on the statement of the learned Advocate General. 6.
