Smt. Agni, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to delete prayer clauses (c) and (d), as the petitioner has filed a separate civil application for clarification of the judgment and order dated 08.12.2016, passed in Writ Petition No. 1148/2016.

2. In such circumstances, leave granted to delete prayer clauses (c) and (d). Necessary deletion/correction to be carried out forthwith.
