3. In view of the fact that the deposit of Rs.30,00,000/- under order of 14.08.2025 has been in fact complied with on 17.09.2025, the Contempt Petition would have to be disposed of. Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Respondent has deliberately deposited the amount beyond the period specified in the order.

4. Considering that the amount is now deposited, and the explanation 1st October, 2025

CP 9 of 2025 offered by the Respondent that he had first tendered the Fixed Deposit Receipt instead of tendering the Demand Draft, being under the mistaken impression that he could secure the amount through the Fixed Deposit Receipt, no case for contempt is made out.

5. Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
