3. The Application categorically states that after taking delivery of the certified copy on 04.06.2019, steps were taken to file the Appeal but there was an arithmetical error in computing the period of limitation as a result of which, the Appeal was filed on 13.08.2019 instead of 10.08.2019.

4. Accepting the explanation offered, which according to me is bonafide, the Application is made absolute by condoning the delay of three days.
