2. My attention is invited to the order dated 6.10.2022 passed by the Industrial Tribunal and Labour Court, Government of Goa at Panaji. By this order it has been recorded that during the course of the proceedings, both the parties filed consent terms of compromise at Exh.8. Terms of compromise filed before the Industrial Tribunal and Labour Court are duly signed by party/party no.1 and by 13th July, 2023

MCA 404 of 2022 opponent/party no.1 and their respective Advocates. The applicant submits that in terms of the said compromise, an amount of Rs. 22,76,613/- has been paid to him. The balance amount of Rs.9,23,387/- is deposited by the respondent/original petitioner-Hotel Goan Heritage Pvt. Ltd in this Court which the consent terms permits him to withdraw. The application, therefore, deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.9,23,387/- which has been deposited by the original petitioner in this Court. Registry to make the payment to the applicant at the earliest.
