By this application, the applicant prays for her appointment as a next friend of the original claimant Mr.Seby Rebello, who is her husband.

2. It is submitted that in a motor vehicle accident dated 7.7.2011 original appellant had suffered Mild Mental Retardation. In fact, in the Claim Petition, the applicant-wife had already represented the claimant as his next friend to which the respondents had not raised any objection. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the wife has no adverse interest against her husband. As such, the applicant-wife is entitled to be appointed as a next friend of the original appellant.
