CRIA 53 of 2019 respondent submit that the appellant expired on 19/05/2021. Mr. Sardessai appearing for the said appellant submits that the legal heirs are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the appeal abates.

3. Criminal Appeal No. 53 of 2019 stands abated.

4. CRMA No.37 of 2020 also stands disposed of.

5. The surety which has been furnished in the present matter stands discharged.
