Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2, Chief Officer states that the Chief Officer shall re-hear the parties and shall decide the same afresh in accordance with law on the basis of the show cause notice dated 26/8/2014. Hence the petition is disposed in the following terms by consent of parties:

ORDER:

i) The petition is allowed.

ii) The impugned order dated 22/5/2015 is set aside. iii) The respondent no.2 shall hear the parties afresh and shall decide the matter in accordance with law within a period of three months from the receipt of this order.
