1. Heard Mr. V.A. Lawande, learned Counsel for the applicants.

2. The present application is for condonation of delay of 80 days in filing a Revision Application against the order passed by the learned Registrar(J) dated 04/08/2024 thereby refusing to register the Civil Application for condonation of delay in First Appeal No. 2317 of 2021(F), since the applicant failed to clear office objections. 25th January, 2024

3. Mr. Lawande submits that due to inadvertence he failed to track the matter and accordingly order was passed. He submits that there was no intentional disobedience of the order of the Registrar to clear office objections. He submits that the applicant is ready to clear all office objections within a period of two weeks after the matter is restored.

4. Considering the contents of the present application and the affidavit appended to it, delay stands condoned.

5. The revision filed against the order of rejection of registration of the matter, stands allowed subject to the applicant clearing all office objections within a period of two weeks from today and on depositing of costs of Rs.5,000/- with Goa State Legal Services Authorities.
