The learned counsel for the Revenue, on instructions, states that the tax effect in this appeal is Rs.4,00,000/- and thus in view of the para 5 and para 10 of the CBDT Circular No.03/2018 dated 11th July, 2018 and the amendment dated 20th August, 2018, this appeal required to be withdrawn. The statement is accepted. Tax Appeal No.27 of 2008 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
