The parties have produced consent terms, duly signed by them, which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The petitioner and the respondent are personally present before the Court and they admit the correctness of the consent terms and request for the disposal of the petition in terms thereof.

2. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and on perusal of the consent terms, I find that the petition could be disposed of in view of the consent terms.
