However, with the consent of the learned counsel for the original petitioner, the same are taken on board for disposal alongwith Miscellaneous Civil Application No.400 of 2022. 2.

The applicants seek to be impleaded as respondents in this petition. They pointed out that if the reliefs as prayed in this petition are granted, their appointments might be struck down. Accordingly, we direct the impleadment of the applicants in this petition. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a week. Ms. Apeksha Kalokhe and Mr J. Dias, learned counsel waive service on behalf of these respondents in the main petition. They agree that no further notice need be served upon these respondents.

The miscellaneous applications are, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order for costs.
