Mr. Menezes appearing for the Petitioner on instructions of the Petitioner who is present in person would submit that the Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge any adverse order passed in the said matters including the grounds of rejection of application for recalling of witness. 11th January 2024

Petitions are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Petitioner is entitled to raise all the grounds available to the Petitioner while filing any proceedings against the adverse orders if any. It is made clear that the withdrawal of the present petition shall not be considered a closure of such grounds of the Petitioner.
