2. This is an application for appointment of a guardian for a minor respondent 2(b)(ii) and 2(b)iii). The respondent no.2(b)(i) Smt. Namita Sanju Deulkar is the mother of the minor respondents. It is submitted that the interest of the mother are not adverse to the minors. In such circumstances and for the reasons stated in the application the same is allowed in terms of prayer
