This is an application for deattachment of the Writ Petition No.209 of 2017 from the bunch of petitions including Writ Petition No. 657 of 2016. It is contended on behalf of the Applicant that the issues raised in this petition are not similar to those raised in the Writ Petition No.657 of 2016.

2. Shri Ferreira, learned Advocate for the Respondents invited attention to the ground No.3 raised in the Writ Petition No.209 of 2017 and submitted that the issues are similar and that it would be appropriate to hear this petition alongwith Writ Petition No.657 of 2016.

3. In view thereof, there is no force in the contention of learned Counsel for the petitioner and therefore, the application stands
