Learned Counsel for the applicants states that there is a delay in depositing the decreetal amount as directed by order dated 24.01.2019. The delay in depositing the amount is condoned. Interim order passed by this Court to be continued during the pendency of the Commercial Appeal No. 2/2019.

2. The time to prepare the paper book and file the same is extended by two weeks. A copy of the paper book shall be served on the applicant's advocate. The applicants are at liberty to apply for expeditious disposal of the appeal after the paper
