The Application seek correction in the amount of compensation mentioned in the First Appeal as well as the Cross Objection. According to the learned Counsel for the Applicant, the amount of compensation is Rs.47,98,77,404/-, however, inadvertently, it is mentioned as 37,50,00,000/-.

Subject to verification at the instance of the State Government, the Application is allowed and if the amount of the compensation is not the one which is allowed to be rectified, the State can take its time 3rd October, 2025

MCA 372 of 2022 while hearing the Appeal as well as the Cross Objection. The Miscellaneous Civil Application is made absolute. BHARATI DANGRE, J.
