Considering the relief claimed, service on respondents is not necessary.

This is a joint application by all the appellants praying that the compensation amount deposited in this Court be transferred into the bank account of appellant no.1, that is, mother of Naval, who died in a vehicular accident. The appellant no.2(a) - Mr. Hirendra S. Dhekne is the elder brother of Naval and appellant no.2(b) - Mrs. Preethi H. 8th December 2022

901-MCA-369-2022.DOC Dhekne is the wife of appellant no.2(a). Thus, the elder brother and his wife, by this application pray that the entire compensation amount be made over to their mother/mother-in-law on account of the death of Naval in the vehicular accident. The application is granted and judgment and order dated 15.07.2022 is modified accordingly. The Registry to now transfer the entire deposited amount together with interest to the bank account of appellant no.1 - Mrs. Subhada Subhash Dhekne. Mr. Dhargalkar states that bank details are annexed to this application and that, in any case, they will be furnished. He states that identification details will also be furnished. 4.

Misc. Civil Application No.369/2022 is disposed of in the above terms.
