A civil suit has already been instituted by the Petitioner in relation to the structure which is being put up by Respondents No.5 to 8. Besides, as against the order dated 12th September, 2019, the Petitioner has alternate and efficacious remedy available under Section 201-B of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act. In these circumstances, we deem it appropriate not to entertain the present Petition. 3.

We, therefore, dismiss this Petition, with liberty to the Petitioner to avail alternate remedy to pursue his case in Civil Court. Nutan D. Sardessai, J. M.S. Sonak, J.
