Today, we have heard the learned counsel for the parties including in particular, Mr. Phadte who appears for respondent no.3.

2. For reasons separately recorded, without, accepting some of the allegations made by the petitioner in this petition, particularly against respondent no.3, we allow this petition in terms of prayer clause (a).

3. Accordingly, FIR No.28/2017 dated 11.04.2017 along with the proceedings in Criminal Case bearing No.7/2018 pending

WPCR/218/2019 before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Valpoi are hereby quashed and set aside.
