Mr Lawande, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly points out that though the challenge in this petition was to the illegal removal of the petitioner as a Chairperson, even if the petitioner was to be reinstated, the term would have ended by 30/06/2022. Mr. Lawande points out that the new committee has also taken charge from 01/10/2022. The new committee has been approved by the Directorate of Education. 2.

Accordingly, Mr. Lawande agrees that the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous. However, at his request we record that 24th January 2023

9 WP-105-2022.DOC disposal of this petition as infructuous will not affect the three suits instituted by the petitioner. The suits will have to be decided on its own merit and in accord with law. All questions of all parties in this regard are expressly kept open.

For the above reasons, this petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order for costs.
