In terms of the judgment and order dated 16.06.2022, the claimants/appellants were permitted to withdraw the the amount referred to in paragraph 20 along with interest that may have accrued on the said amount.

Accordingly, the Registry to permit withdrawal strictly in terms of the judgment and order dated 16.06.2022 in First Appeal No.128/2016. The applicant to furnish identification and bank details so that the amount can be directly transferred in their bank accounts through regular banking channels.
