Heard Mr. Lawande for the Applicants and perused the Application, which seek condonation of delay of three days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. On perusal of the Application, since I find the delay to be bonafide and if not condoned, it would grossly affect the Appellants, as according to Mr. Lawande, he has a good case on merits.

3. Since the delay is miniscule in nature, I do not deem it necessary to issue notice to the other side. Being satisfied with the bonafides of the delay, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The Registry is directed to register the Second Appeal, which is 9th May, 2025
