This is an application for stay to the impugned judgment and preliminary decree dated 11.10.2022 passed by the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Panaji in Special Civil Suit No./14/2013/A.

As the final decree is yet to be passed, this application is not entertained at this juncture. Parties are at liberty to file appropriate application after final decree is passed. However, it is made clear that the final decree proceedings may go on but the actual possession shall not be handed over without the leave of this Court.
