This is an application for transposition of respondent nos. 6(a) to 6(e) as petitioner nos. 1(a) to 1(e). This is on account of the fact that the sole petitioner has expired and the respondent nos. 6(a) to 6(e) are some of the legal representatives of the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the applicants has pointed out that in the Trial Court, the applicants have been transposed as plaintiffs.

2. In this case, notice is yet to be issued in the main petition. In such circumstances and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. Necessary transposition/ amendment to be carried out forthwith. C. V. BHADANG, J.
