2. This is an application for speaking to the minutes in respect of an error in the surname of the applicant in an order passed by this Court on 23.7.2019.

3. It is submitted that surname has been erroneously mentioned as "Mainekar" instead of "Naik".

4. It appears to be an error apparent committed by the clerk. Said error be rectified and the surname of the applicant be corrected as "Naik" instead of "Mainekar". After making necessary corrections, corrected copy be uploaded on the website.
