2. Learned Counsels appearing for both the parties state that the Applicant has been already paid the arrears as directed by this Court vide Order dated 26th June, 2018. The Misc. Civil Application thus, does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that

MCA/817/2018 in view of the payment already made by the Respondents to the Petitioner, nothing survives in this petition, and thus, the petition has become infructuous. This statement is accepted.

4. Writ Petition No. 667 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
