The learned Advocate General states that there was a delay on the part of the Respondent in disposing of the Petitioner's complaint dated 06.07.2020. He submits that the delay was on account of genuine reasons including the reason like service upon the opposite parties etc.

2. The learned Advocate General states that the Respondent i.e. the Assistant Registrar, South Zone, will now dispose of the Petitioner's complaint as expeditiously as possible and in any case, not later than six weeks from today. This statement is accepted. The Assistant Registrar, South Zone, will have to act consistent with this statement and dispose of the Petitioner's complaint in accordance with 11th October, 2023

CP 20 of 2023 law.
