The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 26.04.2017 passed by the Administrative Tribunal in MCA No.60/15/COND/MRA.

2. By the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has refused to condone the delay of about six months in challenging the order passed by the Deputy Collector and the Mamlatdar refusing the request for intervention made by the petitioner in purchase proceedings filed by the respondents.

3. Indisputably, the purchase proceedings have been finally disposed off and a purchase certificate has been issued in favour

WP/733/2018 of the respondent no.2. In such circumstances, the very prayer for intervention has become infructuous.

4. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition which is accordingly disposed off as infructuous with no order as to costs.
