On 2 May 2018, the following order was passed. "The Petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the e-tender floated by the Respondent-Authority in March 2017. The petition is being adjourned since October 2017. Notice was issued to Respondent No.2.

No steps have been taken to serve the Respondent No.2. Even the process fee is not paid. On last three occasions none appears for the Petitioner. None for the Petitioner even today. We have already passed a conditional order. It appears that by passage of time, the

Amrut 2 WP907-17dt 18-06-2018 Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this Writ Petition which is dismissed for non prosecution.

Later, the matter is mentioned by Ms.

Razaq on behalf of the Advocate for the Petitioner that today he has not come to the Court in view of his personal difficulty. In these circumstances, the order passed is recalled. Place the Writ Petition on board on 18 June 2018 under the caption "For Dismissal".

None appears for the Petitioner. Till date the postal charges are not paid. The board also contains a remark that the petition will be placed on board for dismissal. It is clear that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition which is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution.
