Heard Mr. S. S. Kantak, the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Korgaonkar, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.2.

The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant states that the copy of this application was served on the first respondent and in reply, he has produced a copy of the letter dated 21.09.2019 from Advocate Mr. Pramod Tiwari of New Delhi, stating that Advocate Tiwari is representing the respondent no.1 and that the respondent no.1 has no objection for grant of time.

3. It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant that the reply could not be filed within the time as allowed by this Court as the papers in Company Petition No.61/2006 were not traced before the NCLT, Mumbai.

4. The time to file the reply is extended by a period of four weeks from today. The NCLT, Mumbai, shall take the reply on record if filed within four weeks. The NCLT can also consider reconstruction of the file in the event the original papers in Company Petition No.61/2006 are not traced.

5. Application stands disposed off.
