Learned Counsel for the appellant informs that the principal proceeding being Special Inventory Proceeding No. 24/2011/I itself stands disposed of by an order dated 19 September 2022, passed by the learned Ad-hoc Senior Civil Judge, Margao Goa. 2.

In this view of the matter, the present proceedings which assailed an order dated 19 June 2019 passed at the interim stage would not require adjudication. The present proceedings accordingly have become infructuous and are accordingly disposed of. No costs. Copy 7th December 2022
