2. Ms. Kholkar, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate states that during the pendency of the First Appeal judgment and award dated 10.9.2014 be stayed, as the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of award before this Court within a period of 10 weeks.

3. Hence, the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 10.9.2014 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal subject to the applicant depositing in this Court, the entire amount of the award within a period of 10 weeks.
