2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has not produced any order to disclose that any appeal has been filed challenging the said judgment dated 3/7/2014. Hence, the application is allowed. The applicant/respondent in the appeal is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited along with the interest

MCA/904/2014 accrued thereon. The amount disbursed shall be subject to any adjudication of the quantum of the amount payable to the applicants in the execution proceedings in accordance with law.
