By this application, the applicant University seeks condonation of delay in setting aside the abatement and bringing heirs of respondent no.1 on record.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the application. Sufficient cause is made out. Contentions in the application have gone uncontroverted. In view of this position, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'b'. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
