Heard Shri Dhond, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Shri S.R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Shri S.R. Rivankar on behalf of the State has place the reply on record alongwith the investigation papers. 3.
Besides, i have examined the investigation papers and particularly the statement of Pratiksha where apparently it is disclosed that the deceased was subject to taunts for her inauspicious presence in the house and giving birth to a girl child. It is borne out that the investigation in the matter is substantially over and the presence of the applicant is not required for custodial interrogation.

In that view of the matter, i am inclined to allow the application and secure the applicant with an order of bail in anticipation of arrest. i, therefore, allow the application and pass the following:
O R D E R
(i) In the event of arrest the applicant shall be enlarged on bail on executing Bail Bonds in the sum of ₹15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
(ii) He shall co-operate with the course of investigation if needed and shall not tamper with the evidence or intimidate any of the witnesses. (iii) The applicant shall report at the Police Station as and when called upon to do so.
(iv) The application stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
