2. This is an application for ad-interim relief. The Appeal has been admitted.
3. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents-Original Appellants, has pointed out that the parties may be directed to maintain status quo with regard to the subject property and that the Applicant-Original Respondent shall not interfere with the plucking of the fruit bearing trees of the subject property by the Respondent/Applicant herein.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, both the parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the change of nature of the subject property nor cut any trees therein subject to the said statement of the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants-Respondents herein, which stands accepted.
