After hearing the matter for some time and considering the fact that the Petitioner would seek appropriate remedies for directions to the Town and Planning Department to dispose of the regularization application. Mr. Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

2. The learned Advocate submits that the Petitioner has applied for regularization of the structure which is subject matter of the execution proceedings. The regularization has been sought before the Town and Planning Department and the same is pending. He further submits that the application is pending since October, 2024, and 12th August, 2025

WP 810 of 2024 appropriate petition would be filed by the Petitioner to seek directions to the Town and Planning Department to dispose of the pending application, in view of the orders passed by the Executing Court. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
