Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The reliefs sought for in this petition relate to purely contractual matters. Therefore, it will not be appropriate to exercise extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in respect of the present matter.

3. Therefore, leaving open all remedies which the Petitioner may have, this petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adverted to the merits of the rival contentions and, therefore, same are kept open for adjudication by the appropriate

WP/1027/2018 forum. The Petitioner is therefore at liberty to avail of alternate and ordinary remedies.
