Heard Shri Rao, the learned counsel for the appellant. The learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with a request to expedite the hearing of the application for temporary injunction. He also requests for continuation of interim relief granted on 30/10/2015. By the said order, the respondent nos.2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9,15, 16 and 17, who were served were directed to maintain status quo till 6/11/2015 and the said order has been continued for time to time.

2. The appeal arises out of an order rejecting ad interim relief. The temporary injunction application is pending before the learned trial court. The learned counsel for the appellants submit that now all the defendants have been served. In that view of the matter, the appeal is disposed off as withdrawn with no order as

AO/58/2015 to costs. The learned trial court shall decide the application for temporary injunction as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the receipt of this order. The ad interim relief as aforesaid shall continue to operate pending the disposal of the application for temporary injunction.
