The learned counsel for the parties state that the rubble wall which was the subject matter of the dispute has already been removed. As such nothing survives in this petition. The petition is disposed off as infructuous with no order as to costs.

2. The learned counsel for the parties submit that the suit before the learned Mamaltdar is pending from the year 2007. The trial has commenced. The learned Mamlatdar shall decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the receipt of this order. The rival contentions of the parties are left open.
