By instituting this petition, the petitioner prayed for the following reliefs :

"a) For an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby declaring that the Respondent No.1 is deemed to have vacated her seat as a member of the Village Panchayat of Davorlim-Dicarpale with effect from 13.10.2017.

20-WP-1057-2018.DOC b) For interim reliefs thereby restraining the Respondent no.1 from officiating as the Sarpanch of the Village Panchayat of Davorlim-Dicarpale and participating in any meetings of the Panchayat, pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition.

There is no dispute that the term of the members of the Village Panchayat of Davorlim-Dicarpale has come to an end on 18.06.2022. Presently, an Administrator has been appointed and elections for the next term are scheduled on 10.08.2022. 4.

Accordingly, learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous. 5.

The above position was not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. However, she submitted that she has no instructions for withdrawal of this petition. 6.

Since, reliefs in this petition are rendered infructuous, we dispose of this petition.

There shall be no order for costs.
