1. The application seeks permission to bring the legal representatives of Respondent No.2(ii) on record as he has expired on 27.05.2022.

The application is accompanied with Death Certificate issued by the Ponda Municipal Council.

2. Respondent No.2(iii), the wife of Respondent No.2(ii) is already on record. However, the other legal heirs, i.e. the children, are sought to be brought on record by the present application. 4th July, 2025

In filing the application, there is a delay of 681 days, and it is specifically pleaded that the fact of death of the deceased was made known to the Applicant only at a later stage and upon inquiring that he is survived by the other legal heirs, the application is made. Considering the bonafides of the application and since I am satisfied that the application need to be granted for effective adjudication of the proceedings before the Court, it is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

The necessary amendment thereupon shall be carried out within a period of one week. The notice be served upon the newly added Respondents.
