2. The learned Advocate General, on instructions, states that the proceedings which are required to be disposed off in terms of the directions contained in our order dated 08.04.2019, are already disposed off in September 2019.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we do not deem it necessary to issue

CP/34/2019 any notice in this Contempt Petition, which is consequently disposed off.
