Heard Mr Parrikar, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr D. Shirodkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Respondents.

2. Although, no case is made out for granting any extension, based on Mr Parrikar's assurance which assurance Mr Parrikar gives based on the instructions from the Applicant who is present in the Court, the time limits specified in the order dated 06.10.2023 for instituting an appeal and making a pre-deposit are extended by further two weeks from today.

3. The order dated 06.10.2023 remains the same except the time limits stands extended by two weeks from today. Therefore, if within this extended period of two weeks from today, the appeal is not filed accompanying by a pre-deposit as is required under the law, the Applicant will not have the benefits of the order dated 06.10.2023 and Writ Petition No.622 of 2022 could then be deemed to have been dismissed.

4. Misc. Civil Application No.528 of 2023 is disposed of in the above terms.
