By consent, the typographical error in the judgment dated 21.08.2015 passed in Second Appeal No.69 of 2007 is corrected in the following manner :

i) The word 'respondents' in para 2 at lines 3, 5 and 7 shall be read as defendant nos. 1, 2 and 5 in the suit. ii) The word 'respondents' in para 4 at lines 2, 3 and 4 shall be read as defendant nos. 1 to 6 and reference to the respondent nos. 3 and 4 on page 5 at line 3 be read as defendant nos. 3 and 4 in the suit.

MCA/771/2015 iii) At para 7 at line 5, the reference to respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 be read as defendant nos. 1, 2 and 5.
