This is the second application purportedly filed for review of the judgment and order dated 22/9/2015 passed by this Court in Writ petition no.652/2015.

2. Heard the applicant in person. The applicant has relied on the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of SASI (D) through LRs V. ARAVINDAKSHAN NAIK AND OTHERS AIR 2017 S.C.1432, in which case the Supreme Court has stressed the need for deciding an application for review expeditiously. In that case the application for review was kept pending for a span of four years. It is difficult to understand as to how the said judgment can come to the aid of the applicant. This Court had decided the

MCA/939/2018 writ petition and the previous application for review has also been dismissed on 10/9/2018. The present review application is therefore not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed. C. V. BHADANG, J.
